Our standard welfare check service provides daily monitoring to support the safety and well-being of your loved ones.
Custom Options
Optional extra services are available for a small fee.
1. We can remind your loved one of an appointment or other event.
2. We can change their daily contact schedule to a more personalised schedule. eg change contact time on weekends or skip Wednesdays,

In cases of non-response we will contact you or another nominated person.
Who is eligible ?
Our service operates wherever mobile phone coverage exists in Australia.
The Telstra, Vodafone and Optus networks combined cover 99% of the Australian population.
Peace of mind for $10 per week.
Elderly people living alone are especially vulnerable to falls and medical episodes. Such incidents may occur out of earshot of neighbours or out of reach of a phone.

Pricing ?
The first 3 days are a free trial to make sure this service is right for you.
The WEEKLY RATE for standard messages is $10. This includes 1 to 7 messages.
Custom message - add $3 per message
Escalation due to non-response - $3
Change schedule $3
Monthly rate $40
Yearly rate $300
Payment can be made via bank deposit. Other options available on request.
